Carole Cabral is absolutely GREAT! She takes the time to thoroughly help Customers to meet their rental needs with the best available rate. Most recently, I had an urgent travel requirement which required me to extend my SUV rental by an entire week. Carole completely empathized with my situation and took the time after business hours to assist with including Gold Rewards, as I'm a Member, to ensure I could obtain a weekly rate vs. daily as it would have been $600 more! The SUV I had was perfect! Modern, clean, and met ready to go with a full tank. I was able to make my travel, ensure my kids were all transported where they needed be, and I had a vehicle upon my return because of Carol's kind customer service! "Thank You so much!"

My wife and recently had our car stolen. Our insurance company assured us that we were going to be taken care of by our local Hertz; ensuring that we had transportation. We were informed that we would receive a phone call that day (6/8). Our local Hertz is located at 4525 O'Hara Brentwood, CA. My wife received a phone call from a representative of the location informing her that there were no cars available. She was then informed that she would be called within the next two days once a car was available. Two days pasted with no call from the local Hertz location. I then called the support number for Hertz to determine why we had not been contacted and secure much needed transportation. Upon reaching a reservation support agent, I was informed that all locations were closed and I would not be able to get a car until Monday 6/12. When I asked what I could do to resolve my situation, I was informed that my wife should have called around to other locations once informed that no cars were available locally. Every interaction that my wife and I had with Hertz representatives was unhelpful. I have contacted my insurance company to ensure that my rental car for potentially the next month does not come from Hertz. This is my first and last interaction with Hertz.
