the last two times I have been charged more than i thought. The second time it was adjusted. The location is perfect for where i live. Just wish you guys were open on Sunday so I didn't have to go elsewhere if i bring it back on a Sunday.
Will never visit again bad experience. They also charged me miles on a car that I did not rent from them. I will never visit this location again.
all employees working that day were super helpful and friendly. I appreciated the phone call asking if i needed a ride. The ONLY issue i have is the car this time and last were really dirty when i received them. The fun part about renting a car is having a car that feels brand new. Also,
Nice car but filthy! Asked them to wash it before I accepted it but it wasn't much better after the wash. First trip in the car was to the car wash!
This Brentwood location was one of the best places I have rented from! They sent someone to pick me up and bring me there to get the car and also they had a driver take me home when I returned the car! I will be back to this location in the near future! Everyone there was very nice and helpful! Thank you all very much!
Great customer service at the Brentwood, CA location. Selection of vehicles at time of service can be tricky - they are a small facility and do not have a large selection of cars. I requested an intermediate SUV (like a Nissan Rogue) and got a Jeep Compass - which is sub-standard to a Rogue... The Jeep has sluggish acceleration, a low-rent interior, small cargo area & below-average fuel economy. This was on a Tuesday at 1pm - they not only had no other comparable SUV's, they did not even have an Intermediate or Full Size car to trade out to (that has more trunk room than the Jeep Compass!) This was a week rental for our anniversary trip, so was disappointed. I rented the car a day before needing it, and in the 24 hours prior to departing, no other cars came in, acquired or offered to obtain the driving experience hoped for. But the people are super accommodating and apologetic.
