The people are friendly and patient. The terms are fully explained and fair. The units are clean as well as the whole facility. Great hours, easily accessible.
I've had a unit here over 18 months. I never set up auto pay so every month I am in there paying my monthly fee in person. They are always super nice and the couple times I've had to pay late they were understanding. Prices seem to be fair too. Facility is state of the art with elevators, plenty of available carts and dollys, and numerous security cameras so you know your belongings are safe.
Front desk workers were very helpful and moved fast to sign us up for our unit. The facility was clean but there were a few small ants in our unit. We sprayed raid ourselves before putting our things in. Have had no issues since.
The representative was very nice and she helped right away.She took the time to show me the storage unit.It was a very hot day and a very stressful day.She made the process very fast and simple.Very friendly service.She also showed me how to use the elevator.The place is clean and convenient.
