Not big for birthday parties. A Outhouse, really?, for small kids? Nice shade though.
Lots of activities, tennis court, fields for soccer, tables for picnics/bbq, meets up with creek walking path, ample parking. Has a large play structure.
Lived near this park and the neighborhood for over 10 years now. Creekside park is in a prime location because of the the trail running through it and an open field that accommodates most sport needs. Catch me playing Pokemon Go in this park because of the two gyms in the area.
A little something for anyone, and a lot of space for everyone. This park has the creekside trail running along it but the path is pretty tucked away. Not hard to notice but not a blatant feature. There are two separate tanbark playground areas, one for toddlers and one for bigger kids. Two separate sets of swings respectively. A basketball court, two tennis courts, and baseball back stop amid a wide grassy field. Plenty of trees offer ample shade regardless of time of day, and charcoal grills accompany each of the picnic tables. Worth mentioning is a concrete amphitheatre between the playgrounds and field looks like it is mostly used by skaters and I've yet to see used for performance otherwise. Parking although only street parking, is plentiful. This park is clean and clearly well maintained.
Love the brand new play structure! Can't wait for our kids to be able to play on it. :)
