Love! I always get butter chicken, bacon and ranch pizza 10/10
Poor customer service has led to my poor review. I found this business via Yelp, I was excited to try something new! I read all of the reviews, looked at all of the pictures and went to the business website.
The food here is so good! I recommend the tika masala pizza. Also the website doesn't say but the samosas are vegetarian in case anyone was looking for that information.
I was forced to contact their E-commerce company and explain this fiasco, they kindly contacted the business to get their side of the story and told me they had to update the delivery radius. I ultimately did receive a refund, minus time and aggravation. I ordered pizza from a nearby competitor who did deliver without question, with a lower delivery fee mind you. The pizza cake later than we expected due to the time spent monkeying around with this business. They lost a customer that day and I plan to tell whoever will listen to steer clear.
I attempted to explain that I ordered from their website and if they cannot deliver to kindly process a refund. The business' representative refused refund and told me to contact the third party I used to place the order....BUT here's the thing, I ordered form THIER website, it appears they use a third party to handle their check out process.
Sent to wrong address, called the restaurant and after being hung up on they answered. They proceeded to tell me that they will attempt a redilivery after all others have been sent, even though it would be cold by the time it would arrive. Unwilling to help those who ordered first.
I placed an order online via their website and paid on line. A while later I received a call from the restaurant saying that they refuse my order because it was placed via a third party website, they have not received money for the order, and will not deliver in my area.
