Everything is clean and new. Decent breakfast selection. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very clean and up to date. Plenty of USB ports for all electronic devices. Free WiFi through out the hotel. A little pricey, but a good value for the area. The breakfast was alright, would have preferred the waffle maker. The automatic pancake maker was a novelty. A better pancake mix would help. Overall a very good experience.
Bobby is the general manager and hands down the most unprofessional manager. I'm a spire rewards member and never had a problem until this guy. Spent over $10k in their hotels and will never do so again thanks to this guy.
Comfortable beds, sizable rooms, plenty of space to place personal items, tons of area to relax, large bathroom, nice small kitchen area, good lighting, loved the black out screen to sleep during the day, very friend service, dog friendly, helpful with issues of TV not working (didn't work during our stay but they were willing to move us to another room if we wanted to accommodate us: Angelica
The one area lacking was cleanliness. There were cobwebs hanging off the lamp, dust on all the furniture, the floor was filthy (The hand towel was black after I wiped up something. I put water on a washcloth and wiped it and it came up black!) The elevator floor was also sticky with something and wet.
Other than it not being clean I enjoyed my stay. I wouldn't have a problem coming back but would ask for house keeping to please go into my room first. It's a good place to stay.
We just stayed 3 nights for a friends wedding, and we have no complaints at all! Not only were we allowed to check in a couple hours early, but the room was absolutely spotless, bed was comfy, lobby was clean, pool was clean and the staff were all very friendly! Check out was seamless as well. If we ever travel to Brentwood again, this is where we will go! Thank you Holiday Inn Express - Brentwood for taking the vacation hotel stress away!
