It was fast to clean and dried my clothes faster than others, plus slightly cheaper than others I've been to. But it's small and was very crowded when I went. Not many rolling baskets to go around and not much counter space as most were being used. Got the job done though!
Having telephoned two other laundromats to check pricing for self-cleaning services, I went to LaunderLand to wash two large comforters. They have two extra large washers and four extra large dryers. The gentleman who works there was extremely helpful and courteous. He seemed to know his obviously repeat customers. It was very clean and orderly. Cost was 27 quarters per large load, which is very reasonable for washing, and took only 3 quarters at five minutes each to dry. Perhaps I could have run the dryer one more time, but chose not to. I highly recommend LaunderLand and since there are many regular size washing machines and dryers would not hesitate to use for general washing services. Also, while customers came and went, there were plenty of open machines while I was there at around 11:00 am
I went to this laundromat today, it was very clean, except the metal rolling baskets, so put a plastic bag or something on them before putting your clothes in them!
Nobody loves going to a laundromat, especially with kids in tow. But this establishment is very accommodating even with the most difficult child. Everybody there has been kind and is very helpful. I can get literally 8 loads from a regular washer and dryer to 3 loads here. And then only use two dryers! Fast and easy, a little pricy but worth it when I'm out of there within an hour 1/2 with 8 loads done.
I think the place was very inviting, plenty of machine, and dryers, 1 single wash is $5.75, and dryers are .25 for 7 minutes!
