Customer service is horrible! You don't get Acknowledged by customer service personnel and when you say something the girls says , "u huh."
Young workers know nothing about customer service at all, anywhere!!!!
Bad service
I like this store, just because. .. Service can be poor in deli, as they are chronically understaffed. I prefer to bag myself. Today, the checker did it, put container from olive bar sideways, and I spent 20 minutes wiping oil off my jars in bag, and throwing away the cardboard support because it's covered with oil. The kids don't bag any better at my Raley's in Oakley. Just bag your own and be patient. We live in a different neighborhood now.
Not a bad place if you need like groceries or something
Well after 2 weeks & 4 complaints..... They have finally replenished ALL bag dispensers at bulk food Area!!! The
pen , to write scan code on tags, has yet to be replaced!!! The pen has been there....With no ink cartridge in it. Someone finally tore it off and is NOW MISSING!! IT WAS NOT ME!! REALLY!!
Today at 3:30 the check out lines were down the shopping aisles. I was fifth behind some very full carts when the next check out opened up and took the three carts behind me, never saying "next in line". I was miffed!
I emphasized her lack of customer service skills and she responded with an, "oh..."
