BEWARE! This store practices in stalking, harassment, and intimidation of its customers to have any bad reviews of its business practices removed from the Internet. "Buyer Beware" when dealing with this company as its owners might use information they get from you to harass, intimidate, and ultimately threaten you with a lawsuit if you ever give them a bad review online publically. They violate their own privacy policy stated on all of their websites about acceptable use of information they gain from you in a business transaction. BEWARE.

Requested a price match on an item from Wholesale Patio Store. Their response was they couldn't match it because "they (the lower priced website) have it listed at the wrong price and we have already submitted it for the manufacturer to get fixed". Funny how several other websites had the SAME price! Is everyone wrong except for Wholesale Patio Store? I don't think so. I bought the product from the lower priced website.
Went in to get a price of a pellet stove was quoted $600.00. Was told by Adam to get measurements of fireplace. Went back to order stove and when added everything was told it was $455.00. Told him to order and he said he had to call rep. to get shipping prices. All of a sudden the rep. told him the computer does not have the right price. The stove is over $3000.00. I said what!!! No way do I want it. This store if they do not know what anything sells for, Why are they in business? I give them 0 stars. Will never go back!!!!
I emailed Ryan June 8th 2017 to see if he could help me find a grill for my husband for Father's day! (super short notice, I know!) Within the hour of sending the email, he got back to me and offered me three options that would fit my budget, he also sent me detailed information on each grill and was super professional. I went into the store the next day and Ryan showed me the grill I was interested in, explained all the features and processed my order quickly. He even found a distributor that was closer to me, so I could get the grill faster, I received it yesterday June 16th, 2017. Just in time to surprise the hubby with his Father's Day gift! It pays to shop small and give the business to these guys. FYI, the same grill Ryan helped me with is currently being sold at Lowe's for $300 more! Before you go out and shop those big box stores.
