The employees are cheerful. The store is clean & well-lit. Holiday lines are long. It's a good place to shop for kids' clothes, polo shirts for my husband, etc.
There was no one in the small appliances so I couldn't get what I went for. Cashier was way to slow
It's a Kohl's store. By the standards of discount department stores it's pretty decent. A certain amount of chaos is inevitable in such places, but they keep it to a minimum.
Undergarments very hard to navigate. Variety of options and good selection.
New sales clerk. Flustered and not very knowledgeable.
